We are dedicated to promoting road safety and reducing the number of road traffic accidents in the Western Balkans region as well as in Observing Participants. Our aim is to create a safe and secure road network that protects all road users and enhances the quality of life for people.
By embracing the Global Plan of Action on Road Safety, adopting the Safe Systems approach, and drawing inspiration from successful regional frameworks such as the EU Policy Framework on Road Safety and Regional Road Safety Action Plan of Transport Community we can work together to create a future where road network is free of road traffic deaths and serious injuries.
We firmly believe that road safety is a shared responsibility, and every individual has a role to play. By joining forces and exchanging best practices, we can address common challenges, learn from one another, and make significant progress in reducing road traffic accidents.
