The purpose of this report is to audit the financial statements of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community for the year ended 31 December 2019.
The financial statements comprise: the statement of financial position as at 31 December 2019; the statement of financial performance for the year then ended; the statement of cash flows for the year then ended; the statement of changes in net assets/equity for the year then ended; the Statement of Comparison of Budget and Actual Amounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notes to the financial statements, which include a summary of significant accounting policies.
